SISI ARETAKI accepts swimwear for exchange or store credit only (excluding shipping charges) of any unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise. No refunds. No returns accepted for sample sale.

Customers wishing to return any merchandise must contact us at within 3 days of receiving the merchandise. The swimwear must be unworn, unwashed and original tags must be attached. To complete your return for exchange or store credit, please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization. If 3 days have gone by since you received the product and you haven't contacted us, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/store credit.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

SISI ARETAKI is not responsible for any loss or return that has not been insured or signed for.


Shipping costs and Cash on Delivery costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping/cash on delivery will be deducted from your store credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping. Please do send your returned item by trackable post. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Returns are processed within 7 business days upon receipt.


Once an order is placed, it can be canceled or adjusted within a working day prior to the merchandise shipment.
